The Universal Responder Intelligence Layer (URIL) is the technology and innovation division of SafeMark Solutions LLC, dedicated to researching, designing, developing, and protecting innovative public safety technologies that enhance emergency response, improve situational awareness, and help save lives.

Founded by Hans Sahni, URIL serves as the company’s research and development hub, where original concepts, patentable inventions, intelligent software, responder equipment, projection systems, communication technologies, and future public safety innovations are conceived, documented, and advanced toward real-world implementation.

URIL’s mission is to create practical, forward-thinking solutions that improve how emergency responders receive, interpret, and act upon critical information.
